Forgive me for not posting Fri-Sun but I haven't have more than a moment to get out the door each morning. When I drag myself home at night, I immediately go to bed. There is no in-between.
My father had surgery on Friday (he's doing well so far) and one of my best friends is moving into a home of her own. We've had to work alongside workmen in order to get this done so that she can move in on Sunday night. It's been non-stop and backbreaking.
I'll resume my posts on Monday morning.

EVERYONE asks you to help them move. Even complete strangers.

Lazy Iguana, isn't that the truth? I must admit that we're really imposing on two friends who are handmen. They're doing a beautiful job! But Zen Buddhist, her son, and I are trying to hold up our end of things: Cleanup, painting, hauling trash, running errands to get "stuff".
Saur - It could be worse. I could be sitting in one of those chairs outside the ladies dressing room. Like a turtle sunning himself on a log. Waiting for the lady du jour to come out for my opinion on the "outfit" (like it would matter) only to see her return in what has felt like an eternity in the same clothes she was wearing when she left me there.
