You remember one of my best friends, Rosie, don't you? On Friday we found out that it looks like thyroid cancer, although there's a very slim chance that it isn't. She's only 42.
Rosie's having a very hard time with this. She knows there's a good chance that she can beat it, but it's like being handed a death sentence. She's been in tears for days, but is trying to be strong. She goes in for tests today, surgery tomorrow, so I won't be available a great deal over the next 3 days.
Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you!

Of course, Saur.
I am very sorry to hear this about your friend, and keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.
Our prayers and thoughts are with Rosie----so sorry to hear of this horrible news. She can beat this!
She's most surely in mine SK....I wish her well.
If there's anything you need, let me now.
I will be praying.
Will be praying for Rosie. God bless you, too.
I am so sorry. Praying now.
Terrible news indeed. The big "C" is not something you want to hear your doctor say.
But - there are many more treatments available than there was even a few years ago! That is positive.
best wishes to your friend Rosie.
What a great friend you are being there for her.
Keep us updated as much as possible.
I will be praying. My Mom had thyroid cancer about ten years ago. They took her thyroid out. She's been just fine ever since!
Prayers and best wishes for both of you.
Positive thoughts coming right across the Atlantic.
Perhaps the "slim chance" might be the case. Kind wishes.
