I just recently found my mothers formal bridal portrait. I am now looking for just the right frame to make it fit on the "wall of fame" on my staircase. It's so wonderful to be able to see what they loked like in their carefree days. Your mother is beautiful :)

Hmmm, I was just thinking... My parents have old photos of themselves around, but they're all in black and white. Just like the TV we had when I was a kid. When did the world turn color???
Being married that long is an ever-increasing rarity in America. Out of all my friends, only one besides myself have parents that are still married - to each other! My parents celebrated their 44 year aniversary last month. WOW!
